Pre-Production

VistaTek is redefining manufacturing with our Pre-Production process. Our tooling and injection molding allows you to have parts in a short timeframe. This allows are customers who will be launching their multi-cavity tooling with us to prove out concepts, gating, and even production launch. We understand the importance of speed and delivering your plastic parts quickly and production ready.

Pre-Production Tooling Requirements

  • Wall thickness not to exceed 0.120”.

  • Parts submitted for InstaTek platform must be fully defined 3D CAD model in acceptable format. No 2D Drawings accepted at this time.

  • Models must fit within an envelope of 7x7x3” (LxWxH)

  • Models are fully defined and include adequate draft and radius: ready for molding.

  • Complex parts will have slides, and not pickouts. Our “bridge tools” will be production quality for our customers.
