Medical Device Sizers with Bridge Tooling

Many tinted SLA models were made to ensure the design was correct. Once the customer approved the design, a few spec material parts were requested for testing in the field.

Three family tools were made in 2 weeks to assist St. Jude Medical in getting functional parts into production while they were waiting for production tooling. By making these tools and over-molding, laser etching and shipping all the components, St. Jude could meet their promised delivery date of this product. Over 1,100 completed assemblies were run as a bridge into their production.
