This Fortune 500 Company wants to remain anonymous, but said that the story is still worth sharing. This complex part with two undercuts was shot from an aluminum tool with a very exotic material, Glass-Filled ULTEM. Measuring only 2" in height, great detail is displayed on this part. Heating cartridges were used in the tool to create this pressure tested quality part.
