The Bair Hugger

Vista Technologies built the entire housing using SLA models for fit and to check the assembly design. A lot of the connectors and smaller plastic components were rapid tooled for their low-volume production assemblies. By using rapid tooling, we were able to deliver spec material parts faster for testing. The parts were then qualified for production. This allowed the customer to reduce time to market and eliminate the cost of a production tool.
