Turning CAD files into tangible 3D SLA models quicklyin one to three days.
Stereolithography creates a tangible, 3D SLA prototypes from CAD drawings by directing ultraviolet laser radiation onto a vat of polymer resin (liquid plastic). After being cured in an ultraviolet oven, each SLA model is then hand-finished to your specifications. This includes anything from a rough-edged model to a glossy, painted real-life replica, depending on your needs.
The end product is an exact physical model, or SLA prototype, of the 3D drawing - giving designers, engineers, manufacturers, sales managers, marketing directors and prospective customers the opportunity to handle an SLA model of the new product. In this way, design iterations can be made quickly and inexpensively, guaranteeing companies the best product possible, in the shortest time possible. Our SLA 11122XC Material can be finished and clearcoated to give it a transparent finish. To see an image of this material, click here to visit our
