Rapid Tooling
Using high-speed milling, we can create molds from your files in one to three weeks. From these molds, we can create prototypes or produce low-volume parts.

RTV Molding
We use RTV molding to reproduce up to twenty functional urethane parts with your specified color and material properties. The casting material can be urethanes of various properties, silicone or wax. This process fills the void between prototype and production as an effective and inexpensive way to create multiple copies of a master prototype part.

CNC Machining
We deliver spec-material parts fast using state-of-the-art CNC machining equipment. We can create molds for injection molding, bridge tooling – whatever your production requirements. Lead times are as fast as seven days, but we consistently deliver within two to four weeks.
