Vista Technologies expanded into Injection Molding in 2007. As the Tooling Division was expanding, the need for more sampling and low-volume production parts increased. It only made sense to bring Injection molding in-house. There is a huge benefit to have the tool making and injection molding in the same facility. This allows for better communication and more success during the sampling.
The largest press size is 140 ton. All the presses are equipped with robotic pickers for "lights out" operation. Two shifts are operational with full capabilities in low-volume production to run hand loaded pick-outs. Our staff and presses are equipped to run over-molded and insert-molded parts.
The materials that Vista can run are endless. We can run our in-house materials or you can supply us with your custom material. We can run but are not just limited to:
