VistaTek's HiTek process includes injection molding, mold-making, inspection and secondary operations. VistaTek runs automated to keep costs competitive. Our processes capabilities can fit programs of all volumes from 25,000 parts/year to 500,000+. VistaTek also has the flexibility and space to offer mold transfers and inventory stocking.

We are ISO 9001 certified, and our quality system in place helps us work with a wide range of industries including: Electronics, industrial, healthcare, agriculture, sustainable, and many others. We offer first article inspection, capabilities studies, PPAP, tooling validation, and more.

INSPECTION SERVICES (QUALITY DEPARTMENT)

An in-house quality department helps maintain the standards that our customers have come to expect from VistaTek. Our quality department checks parts off the presses per customer specifications and maintains our quality systems. We can also perform specific quality checks for our customers including:
